Accommodation and Facilities
We offer two options for accommodation at the Paddocks B&B:
1. The Guest Room
Our guest room is attached to the main house, but can be accessed by a separate entrance, so you can come and go as you please.
Facilities Include:

A super king or twin beds

Free TV and WiFi

En-suite, with bath and separate shower

Tea and coffee making facilities

Hairdryer & towels
Breakfast:
A buffet style breakfast is laid out for you to help yourself to, in the adjacent conservatory. Breakfast may typically include some or all of the following:

Orange Juice/Tea/Coffee

Cereals/Porridge

Fresh fruit
-
Yoghurt
-
Toast/Fresh pastries
-
Eggs
2. The Groom's
Having previously been a racing yard, “The Groom’s” accommodation is attached to the stable block formerly providing accommodation for resident jockeys. Since then it has been significantly refurbished, and now provides guest accommodation within a self- contained unit, separate from the main house.
Facilities Include:

Twin beds, with additional double sofa bed

TV and DVD player

Free Wi-Fi (though signal may vary, as the router is located in the main house)

Bathroom, with bath and shower over

Hairdryer & towels

Kitchenette, with tea and coffee making facilities, toaster, fridge, microwave and dishwasher.
Breakfast:
Breakfast provisions are left in the kitchenette, for you to help yourselves to. Breakfast may typically include some or all of the following:

Useful to knows...
Arrival and Departure
Arrival: Rooms are available from 3pm, on day of arrival.
Departure: We kindly ask guests to vacate rooms by 11pm, on day of departure.
Dogs:
N.b. Dogs are very welcome to stay at The Paddocks, but in the Grooms accommodation only.
Bicycles:
Locked storage facilities are available for bicycles.
Packed lunches
Can be provided for guests by prior arrangement.
